2. Go to "Webmasters Tools" at the bottom of the page . 
3. Select the blog for which you want to submit the site map .
4. At the left pane you will see Dashboard go to Dashboard-->Site configuration-->Sitemaps .
5. You will see at the center a table shows up click on button "Submit a sitemap" .
6. Add these two things one by one   "atom.xml?redirect=false" & "feeds/posts/default?=rss "
7. Thats it You have submitted the sitemap Successfully .
